Hot Lunches

Instructions for registering with the online ordering system:

  1. Go to the HotLunches website.
  2. Click on the "Click Here to Register" button and use Access Code BCES
  3. Complete the rest of the registration form (please enter a valid email address)
  4. Click on the "Register Now" button at the bottom
  5. Click on the "Students" bubble and fill in the information, selecting the student's class from the list, then click the "Insert" button.
  6. Click on the "Add New" button to additional students.
  7. From the home screen (click the "Home" tab), you can download a copy of the parent ordering guide for instructions on ordering/checkout.
  8. You can then select the "Order" tab and place orders for available lunch dates and events.
  9. Proceed to payment via PayPal, either with a PayPal account or as a guest with a credit card.

  • Lunch Lady paper forms can be picked up in the office
  • Lunch Lady can also be ordered online at
  • Please note that Lunch lady will NOT deliver on "Snow Days"
